Christmas Fair Saturday 5th December
10.00am
– 12.00 noon
We
hope to see you at the annual Christmas Fair. Come along to see Santa and have
your picture taken, have a go on a variety of stalls or sample our
refreshments.
You
will now have received your letter asking for a variety of donations, we depend
on the donations to make the fair a success.
Do you know of any business’s that could donate a raffle prize?
We
really need some helpers, so please put you name on the list in Pre-School.
Voucher
funding
Please
be aware if you wish to add extra sessions for your child, you can no longer do
this mid term. Derbyshire County Council will only pay for sessions on their
headcount census at the beginning of each term. If additional sessions are
required you will be invoiced £11.76 per session, until the start of the next
term.
Sessions available
We
currently have places available in January on some sessions. If you are
interested in your child having more sessions please speak to a member of
staff.
Christmas concert
The Pre School Christmas
concert will take place on Thursday 17th December at Swanwick
Primary School.
Please get your child to
school for 9.00am for a 9.15 am start.
Please check the lists in
Pre School for your child’s part in the show and the costume they need to
wear. If you are unsure please speak to
a member of staff.
The school have asked us
to remind parents not to park across drives near school.
Applying for school places
Just
a reminder if your child was born between the 1st September 2011 and
31st August 2012 you need to apply for the school you would like
your child to attend by 15th January 2016. This can be done by
ringing 08456 085085 or online at: www.derbyshire.gov.uk/education/schools_colleges/school_admissions.
Christmas parties
The
children’s Christmas parties are taking place on Monday 14th and
Tuesday 15h December. Please check the list to see which party your
child is attending.
Morning parties are
from: 9.30am – 11.30am
Afternoon parties are from 1.00pm - 3.00pm
